VBlink Tutorial for New Operators: Getting Started

A beginner-friendly tutorial covering first login, dashboard navigation, adding players, and running your first report.

Starting a new gaming operation can be overwhelming. You have a physical space, terminals, and customers ready to play—now you need to master the software. This VBlink tutorial is designed to cut through the noise and provide a clear, step-by-step roadmap for your first week using the backend.

1. Introduction: Who This Guide Is For

This guide is tailored specifically for new Store Owners and their primary managers. If you have just received your login credentials from your distributor and are staring at the dashboard for the first time, this tutorial will guide you through the essential loop of retail operations.

2. Before You Begin: What You Need

Ensure you have a dedicated, secure computer or tablet at your cashier station. You will need your Account ID, temporary password, and a stable internet connection. Use Google Chrome for the best experience. Do not use a computer that players have access to.

3. Step 1: Your First Login

Navigate to gm.vblink777.club. Enter your ID and temporary password. The very first action you must take is changing that password. Navigate to your account settings in the top right corner and update the password to something highly secure. Do not write this password on a sticky note near the terminal.

4. Step 2: Understanding the Dashboard

On your main dashboard, locate the "Available Balance" indicator. This number represents your inventory. Every time you issue a credit to a player, this decreases. Every time you redeem a credit, it increases. If this number hits zero, your business stops. Monitor this closely and contact your distributor to restock before busy weekends.

5. Step 3: Creating Your First Player Account

Let's do a test run. Navigate to the Player Management tab.

  1. Click "Add Player" or "Create Account".
  2. Assign an Account ID. We recommend a systematic approach, such as using the last four digits of a phone number combined with initials (e.g., JD1234).
  3. Assign a simple temporary password (e.g., 112233).
  4. Click Save. You have now successfully created a player.

6. Step 4: Issuing Credits (Recharging)

Now, let's give that test player some digital inventory.

  1. Find your test player in the list.
  2. Click the "Recharge" button (usually a '+' icon) next to their name.
  3. Enter '10' (representing $10 worth of credits).
  4. Confirm the transaction. Watch your main agent balance drop by 10, and the player's balance rise to 10.

To complete the cycle, practice redeeming by clicking the '-' icon, entering '10', and confirming. The credits are returned to your main balance.

7. Step 5: Running Your First Report

Navigate to your Reports or Transaction History tab. You should see two entries: one for the recharge, and one for the redemption. This ledger is permanent. It is how you track exactly what your cashiers are doing during their shift. At the end of the day, the net difference in this report must match the physical cash in your drawer.

8. Step 6: Setting Up Account Security

If you have employees, do not let them use your owner account. Navigate to Agent Management and create a Sub-Agent account for your cashier. This ensures their actions are logged separately from yours, protecting you from liability and theft.

9. Watching the Video Tutorial

Reading instructions is helpful, but seeing it in action is better. We highly recommend all new operators sit down and watch the comprehensive walkthrough of the dashboard. It will visually reinforce everything you just practiced.

10. Getting Help and Support

If you make a mistake, don't panic. If you accidentally issue too many credits, immediately redeem them to correct the ledger. If you face technical issues, clear your browser cache. For account-level problems, your distributor is your first line of support.
